01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ggvip ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the website located at https://ggvip.io and all associated services, features, content, and functionality provided therein.

By accessing the ggvip website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, bet, or promotional offer on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ggvip platform.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ggvip.

02 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.3 Registration Process

You must not register using false, misleading, or incomplete information. ggvip reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account if the information provided is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

2.4 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the ggvip platform. The existence of more than one account registered to the same person — whether identified by the same name, date of birth, address, mobile number, email address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds or bonuses held within them may be forfeited without notice.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ggvip username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ggvip will never contact you via email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any unauthorised access to your account should be reported to the ggvip support team immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Player Responsibility for Account Activity

All activity that occurs under your registered account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. ggvip will not be held liable for any losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of this commitment, we are required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, prior to approving large deposits. The KYC process requires players to submit the following documentation:

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ggvip currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected domestic bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time. ggvip reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players who have completed full KYC verification and hold Gold, Platinum, or Royal VIP tier status may be eligible for higher deposit limits. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following schedule:

• Standard accounts: Withdrawals are processed within one business day of the request being submitted, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Platinum and Royal VIP accounts: Priority same-day processing is available for withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other promotional credits offered by ggvip are subject to these General Bonus Terms in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Where there is a conflict between the general terms below and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms will prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Individual promotions may carry different wagering multipliers, which will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus, after which any unmet wagering obligation and associated bonus balance will be removed from the account.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players who meet the specific criteria outlined in each promotion. ggvip reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotional offer at its discretion, including players who have previously abused bonus terms, players whose accounts are under review, or players whose account activity is inconsistent with recreational play. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

ggvip employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions that may be classified as bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing bets that cover multiple outcomes to guarantee a qualifying result; systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine engagement; use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; and collusion with other players to exploit bonus structures. ggvip reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the account of any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

5.5 VIP Programme

The ggvip VIP loyalty programme operates as a separate framework from standard promotional bonuses. VIP points, tier status, and associated benefits are governed by the VIP Programme Terms, which are available on request from the support team. VIP benefits are provided at ggvip's discretion and may be modified, supplemented, or withdrawn at any time.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Certification

All casino games available on the ggvip platform are sourced from certified third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each studio's games operate on independently audited random number generators (RNGs) that have been certified to produce provably fair and statistically random outcomes. ggvip does not alter the RNG behaviour of any game provided by its studio partners.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body for the sport and competition in question. For cricket markets, the official result as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC), the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), or the relevant domestic board will govern settlement. In the event of a match abandonment, void, or result reversal, bets will be settled in accordance with ggvip's specific sport rules, which are available within the sportsbook interface.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, game error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game session or the display of odds, ggvip reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be paid in connection with a technical malfunction. ggvip is not responsible for losses arising from interrupted internet connectivity on the player's side.

6.4 Bet Acceptance

ggvip reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed at clearly erroneous odds, where a market has been suspended, or where the bet is placed after the event to which it relates has commenced (except in relation to designated in-play markets). Bets that have been accepted and confirmed in the player's account history are binding subject to the provisions of these Terms.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ggvip platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so, to obtain multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any point during KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the platform in a manner that is not consistent with normal human use;

10 Limitation of Liability

• Losses incurred as a result of gambling on the platform, including losses arising from technical malfunctions or connection interruptions;

12.2 Termination by ggvip

ggvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player's account at its discretion and without prior notice where it reasonably determines that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform. Upon termination for cause, ggvip may withhold any balance consisting of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus activity, but will return verified real-money deposits subject to standard KYC and payment-matching verification.

12.3 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any translation being produced for convenience purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.
